Close to high tourist spots like the Pont du Gard, Camargue, Ardèche, renowned towns of Nîmes, Avignon, Arles, Uzès, the valley of Cèze has remarkable sites in wild nature.

Sporting activities like canoeing, rafting, mountain bike, hot air ballooning, horse-riding, golf and other outside activities are all to be found in close proximity. Museums, castles and caverns to visit, typical villages and markets to stroll through, our region has much to discover of cultural interest.

For a few years, Ales has been eagerly developing tourism (urban planning, nautical centre), cultural action (theatre, summer festival…), and engineering industries (the Community of Agglomeration of Grand Alès was classified 3rd community of less than 80 000 inhabitants of France for his economic dynamism.
