of Olive Oil

We are happy to introduce you with our 2010 olive oil production -label "Les Vergers de Montalet", full organic production.

Olive harvest was not as prolific this year as 2008 (oil sold in 2009), but the fruits were big andbeautiful ! For sure, 2010 will be a great millesime for oil production!

Northwest of the TGV rail line from Avignon in Provence to Nîmes and Montpellier, at a distance of 30 km from Uzès, the Chateau de Potelières is located in a quiet place of nature. It is an ideal place for private and professional gatherings: family events and holidays, seminars and workshops (cooking, painting, music, arts …), incentives, meetings, film-making…

Built in 1360, the chateau was first restored and enlarged at the end of 18th century and most recently renovated in 2004.

Its bright rooms and lounges, 5 bedrooms and 3 suites have a panoramic view on the park and the 320 acres’ land. Recently covered with a contemporaneous glass veranda, the large terrace looks on the wide and wild landscape of Monts of Ardèche and Cévennes.

Beside the orangery and pool, an arched path planted with roses leads to the orchard where 120 different fruit varieties grow.
